Personally, Meredith enjoys playing games, doing puzzles, making crafts, and exploring with her family. She likes to travel and spends her spare time going to the lake, camping, adventuring throughout Manitoba, and taking in local venues and activities. Meredith's hobbies include photography (especially of her girls), and she is involved in Fit Body Boot Camp, Peloton, loves cycling classes and biking with her family. Her personal side is relaxed, easy going, organized, and always up for an adventure.
Dave Kondratuk, Mortgage Professional
Dave has been a Mortgage Professional since 2015. He is a member of Mortgage Professionals Canada (MPC) and, as member, he is well-educated, informed, and ethical in the ever-changing world of mortgage financing. This experience, as well as being a former Realtor, makes Dave perfectly equipped to walk our clients through the mortgage experience.
Personally, Dave enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 daughters, playing and watching sports, and they are very involved in the sporting community. He volunteers his time coaching and is on various boards of local organizations. As a family, they love travelling together and spending time at the lake. Dave cheers for the Jets and enjoys playing cards and games with his friends. In his free time, he likes building and woodworking.
RENEE MORIN
Marketing & Social Media Director
Renee handles marketing / promotions and our social media. She has been a part of the team since 2015 and has a real estate and financial background, having worked with RE/MAX, CIBC Mortgage Corporation, and One Link Mortgage and Financial.
Personally, Renee is a devoted dog "pawent," managing dog-themed hobby Facebook and Instagram pages (@Repawsitory) and is very involved in the fresh feeding and integrative wellness community in Dogdom. Renee is a homebody who enjoys quiet and creative pursuits such as writing, working with digital images, and preparing meals.
LISA JOHNSTON
Mortgage Associate
Lisa joined the Mortgages Done Right Financial Team in 2020. She has worked in the financial industry since 2007, the last 7 of them as a personal lender.
Personally, Lisa has 2 grown daughters and after many years of running them around to their various activities, she finds that her time is her own at this point. She spends her free time scrapbooking and very much enjoys weekend retreats with her friends. She especially loves to travel and is game to go anywhere, but the Caribbean during the winter is her favourite and helps get her through our (usually) brutal winters!
